Aissa Neyra; BRT Digital Communications & Design Specialist
Aissa holds a bachelor’s degree from the Universidad Nacional de Ucayali in Peru and will join the Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague as a masters student in autumn. Growing up in the Peruvian Amazon shaped her interest in environmental protection, climate change, and the challenges faced by farmers and local communities. Her current research interests focus on climate adaptation among coffee farmers in Peru, particularly the role of collective approaches in supporting smallholder resilience. As a member of BRT, she supports digital communications and design, helping make scientific research clear, accessible, and relevant beyond academic audiences.
