This exciting event, organized by the Biogas Research Team from Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, is a platform for young researchers to showcase their work, enhance their skills, and foster collaboration. The MCYR offers a range of pre-conference workshops and plenary presentations, providing a rich and engaging experience for participants. In May, we have already started with the first “pre-conference workshop”.

Day 1: Workshops and Faculty/Campus Exploration
The first day of MCYR begins with a series of workshops held in room 313. Participants gathered for registration and a warm welcome to set the tone for the day ahead. Here's a sneak peek into some of the exciting workshops which happened:

Collaboration and Networking (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hynek Roubík):
Explore the importance of collaboration and networking in research. Acquire valuable skills and strategies to build professional relationships and expand your network within the scientific community.
How to Work in Canva (Dr. Viktoriia Chubur):
Unleash your creativity and learn to create visually appealing designs using Canva. Discover the power of visual communication and how it can enhance your research outputs.
After a refreshing lunch break, participants embark on a guided tour around the campus, providing an opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant academic environment of the Czech University of Life Sciences.

Day 2: Plenary Presentations
The second day of MCYR pre-conference workshop featured plenary presentations, where participants had the opportunity to share their research findings and engage in fruitful discussions. Here are some of the exciting presentations scheduled for the day:

Closing of MCYR and Networking Opportunities
After a day filled with insightful presentations, the MCYR comes to a close.
