Aim of the project:
The project is based on the results and experience gained from two previous projects and extents its activities to new partner university - Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University. The main aim is to enhance capacity building of young academic and research staff of the partner universities in the field of quality assurance and research and science. The aim will be achieved through the transfer of know-how and direct cooperation of academicians and researchers from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. Project activities involve professional thematic workshops on quality assurance tools in practice, improvement of skills in pedagogy and didactics and research. In addition, activities focused on increase of interest of Ukrainian students to study in the CR will be implemented.
Main activities of the project:
- Designing and pilot-testing of quality assurance tools involving students’ opinions
- Organisation of workshops focused on quality of internship and practical training
- Organisation of workshops focused on university internal systems for human resources in research and science
- Organization of workshops for building R&S skills
- Organization of Cycle of study trips - R&S sharing
- Providing of research grants for young researchers
- Organisation of Summer school
- Organization of Conference for young researchers
- Organization of seminar focused on digitalization in education
